Financing your Energy Project

We are approved installers with most of the mainline banks and 3rd party financing providers to offer asset financing or conventional loans.
Depending on the solution you require, the typical payback period will be from 2 years to 8 years.  We assist you to leverage all possible saving- and financial tools to gain maximum benefit from your Solar Investment.

TAX Benefit

The 2023 SARS tax Incentive as per Section 12BA of the Income Tax Act of 2016 is now available.  This allows an incredible 125% Tax Benefit on the entire project cost in the first year.  Watch this video to see the full benefit of this magnificent tax benefit.

You need to make decisions trusting that the information you are presented with is accurate and true, so your installer must have proven experience and expertise.  Our Cost Benefit Analysis offers real investment metrics: 

• Real LCoE - the real Levelised Cost of Energy (LCoE) is the inflation adjusted measure of the average net present cost of electricity generation for a solar system over its lifetime.
• Net Present Value - The Net Present Value (NPV) is the value of all future cash flows (positive and negative) over the projected life of the solar system discounted to the present.
• Internal Rate of Return - The Internal Rate of Return (IRR) is the discount rate that makes the NPV of a project zero. The IRR is a metric used in capital budgeting to estimate the return of your renewable energy investment.
• Simple Payback Period - The period required for the energy cost saving of the renewable energy investment to reach the full capital- and operating cost of the renewable energy project.
• Analysis Assumptions - We have to make some assumptions to calculate the required metrics.  We use realistic paramaters, that reflect current and sustainable values.
